TEACHERS
Séverine Allocco, born in Belgium in 1978 and lived in Latin America until 2001. Former professional dancer, she discovered Pilates after a neck injury. Thanks to this technique, she fully recovered from her injury and later obtained the Pilates Teacher Certificate in Brussels (2002). She specialized in Peak Pilates® (classical system) - Level PPS 1, PPS 2, PPS 3, Barrel I and II, Chair I and 2, Comprehension Certification. She took courses of anatomy at the university and took part in workshops about muscular chains (G.D.S. method). Since 2008, she is also a certified GYROTONIC® teacher, in 2010 she participated in the course Cervical and shoulder complex in Rome with Paul Horvath. Since 2006 she is the director of the Bodywork studio. In November 2011 she attended the Re-Evolution international Convention organized by Peak Pilates.
Boris Cossio, born in Argentina. Lives in Belgium since 2001. As Contemporary dancer he has worked for several Belgian companies. Since 2004 he is part of the group “Solo Conversation” and develops his own choreographic work. In 2000, due to a knee injury, he began practicing yoga and now is a certified yoga and GYROTONIC® teacher, he participated in 2010 in the scoliosis workshop in Bad Krozingen. He obtained the international Peak Pilates certification (classical Pilates System) -PPS 1, PPS 2, PPS 3, Chair and Barrel 1 and 2. He attended in november 2011 the International convention Re - Evolution in Barcelona organized by Peak Pilates.
