Recomended during pre and post natal period to strengthen the abs and the perineum muscles. For elderly people it’s a way of keeping muscular toning and flexibility. Can be beneficial in remedial and rehabilitation work.

If you have never practised the Pialtes method before your pregnancy, it is better to give birth before starting your Pilates classes. After the pregnancy is ideal to get back to shape!
